Periodically, we have a meeting in a public place where we decide issues regarding procedures of Hellenotamiai and make preparations for social and religious events. Members are notified by email, approximately one week before the meeting, of the time and location of the meeting. These meetings are also a way to meet and evaluate the character of prospective members before they are allowed to attend events at other member's private residences.
